Music is an important part of our worship and provides persons a way of responding to God's love in praise and bearing witness to the Christian faith. We offer many ways to be involved in the music ministries at First Christian Church (FCC).

Chancel Choir The FCC Chancel Choir rehearses on a weekly basis and leads worship in the chancel for Sunday worship services and other special services. This choir is open to all high school students and adults who love to sing praise to God and give witness to their faith though music. The Chancel Choir sings both traditional and contemporary styles of music and performs an anthem each week for Sunday worship. They also combine annually with the First Presbyterian Choir to present a Christmas cantata in December. Weekly rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the Music Suite.

Chancel Bells The Chancel Bells is the church hand bell ensemble. They rehearse weekly and prepare and perform music for Sunday worship services. This group is open to ages youth through adult and rehearses on Wednesdays from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. in the Chancel Bell room.
